1 1/2 skinless, boneless chcken breasts cut into small pieces

1 sm. box chicken stuffing

15 oz. can manadrin oranges, cut in small pieces

2 T olive oil

2 t onion powder

2 t garlic powder

4 T butter

In fry pan add olive oil, onion powder and garlic powder. Add chicken, fry until done.

While chicken is cooking, drain the juice from the can of oranges into a measuring cup; add enough water to measure the amount needed for stuffing. Add liquid to butter in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add stuffing and mix. Add oranges and chicken.

Put mixture in baking dish and cook at 350¼ for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
