Menorah CupcakesMaking your own menorah is one of the great pleasures of celebrating Hanukkah. Menorahs come in all different shapes, made from nearly any materials, as long as each candle is kept separate and distinct from the others and they are in one line with the shammas raised. 16 oreos 3 T butter 1 pint, ice cream paper cupcake liners Hanukkah candles Crush 14 cookies until fine, melt butter and mix with cookies, (let ice cream soften as you do the cookies.) Place liners in muffin tins and press mixture along the bottom and up the sides. Fill with ice cream and place candles in the middle. Wrap with foil and freeze for at least 3 hours. Remove from freezer, put remaining 2 cookies under the middle cupcake, raising the shammas. Light the candle and say the blessing. |
