Denise Pollard of Gray was honored on October 17 at the 8th annual 6 Who Care Awards. Denise has volunteered at Russell School for 25 years. Despite her physical disability and living with cerebral palsy she is not only an inspiration for overcoming challenges, but proves that anyone can be what they want to be.

NewsCenter 6 honors truly exceptional individuals who make a difference in the lives of others. The Awards will be televised at 8 p.m. on Monday, October 29 and hosted by NewsCenter 6 anchors Pat Callahan and Cindy Williams.
