Hi again People,
Here it is, Labor Day Weekend! Rather then having Wife hanging around our rundown trailer enjoying her retirement, I sent her to Yarmouth to the yuppie school teacher's house. They were supposed to have a yard sale at Yuppie's house. Yuppie kept calling me all day wanting to know where Wife was. Come to find out, Wife, not being to bright, went to the right number house but the wrong street in Yarmouth. Some people say she has been hanging around me too much and it rubbed off. The neighbors there told Wife the owners were on vacation. Wife had her own yard sale and came home with a ton of money!
Speaking of Yuppie teacher, her youngest son is in his last year of college at University of Maine in Orono. Wife and Yuppie loaded up Wife's trailer with the furniture for Yuppie's son's apartment, and we took it to Orono. On the way back, Wife and Yuppie made me ride in the trailer. They had put a nail in the end of my walking stick I got from the State of Maine for serving in Vietnam. I nailed 25 bucks worth of cans!
My 87-years-young Mum found out about the cans and is mad at me. She wanted to ride in the trailer instead of picking up cans with her shopping cart. I felt bad for her. I sold my cans to her for four cents apiece. She made a penny when she cashed them in! Till next time, Dumpster Bill | |
