So you have a nutrition program, but how do you know if it's right for you and your body type? That's right, not every nutrition program is right for everybody. Know how to pick the plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

Are you ready for a lifestyle change? We all want to be lean and toned, but are you ready to make lifestyle changes necessary to achieve your objectives? We spend billions of dollars, yet the number of overweight and fatigued Americans continues to rise. We lose weight only to see it come back! You must change your lifestyle and get away from the diet mentality!

You are not the same as your neighbor that told you about their diet, or the guy at the office that lost 9 pounds in one week. Find what works for you, your body, your lifestyle and your abilities. Neither the same workout nor the same fat loss program works for everyone. Educate yourself on healthy eating and find a nutrition plan that you can enjoy and that is balanced. It will take some time, but you can find healthy foods that you will enjoy. Learn portion control and do not feel deprived; make it your lifestyle. You'll want to look at plans and experts who encourage a balanced plan of healthy foods in moderation. You also want to look for a program that teaches you how to listen to your body, determine what foods in what amounts work best for you, and show you how to stick to that plan. It may take some time and require a bit of effort at the start, but once you find the right plan for you, then positive change is going to happen for you.

A good plan will include: cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, flexibility training, good nutrition, sleep patterns and stress management. Many fat loss programs tell you the exercises to perform and the foods to eat but neglect the emotional aspects of fat loss. Most of us think that as long as we hit the gym and eat right, everything will fall into place. It's not that easy! You need to address deeper issues of the past, present and future. When you are on your fat loss journey, there will be tough times. You need to be well informed to face those challenges head on and not buckle in moments of weakness. You need a compelling vision of why you are here in the first place. We often play our victim card when faced with challenges. We assume others who succeed are lucky or are born with great genes. You need to have a vision of what it is you want to obtain and do when you reach your fat loss goals. It starts with your own thoughts and positive self-talk. A solid fat loss program will help you put this in perspective and then take you step by step through the mental process as well as the physical. I know this all sounds like a lot of work and may seem a bit confusing, but there are people just like you that have taken the journey and have overcome the odds.

Here at 101 Private Studio our clients range from 10 years of age to 78! So age should not stop you. Become unstoppable and I'll meet you at the top. Good luck.
