NEW GLOUCESTER-The Oliver Store has been part of New Gloucester's business scene and history since the 1930s. Steve Chandler will present a program about the Oliver Stores at the New Gloucester Historical Society, New Gloucester Meetinghouse, next to Town Hall on Rte. 231, on February 15 at 7 p.m.

Local people and families have been an important part of the Oliver Stores. Learn about the early decades of the company's founding in New Gloucester including employees, its core business, the expansion and the local connection to an essential part of America's ski business.

Members, friends and the general public are invited. Refreshments will be served.
