The Pineland YMCA has been very busy the last few months adding new programs and growing existing ones. With the change of weather and the shortened days, it is time to think about getting inside to get your exercise. Here is a snapshot of what you can participate in at the Y. Group Exercise Classes: Yoga; Pilates; Indoor Cycling; Step 20-20-20; Mommy & Me; Circuit Training; Total Body Sculpt, just for starters. We also have a 3,000-square-foot fitness center, bowling alley, gymnasium and swimming pool. Other programs we offer are Cards, Coffee and Bowling for Adults 55 and older (Wednesday 9:30 - Noon), December Vacation Camp for School-Age Children (5 - 12), and Primetime (a drop-in program Mon-Fri, 8:30 to Noon for children ages 12 months to 12 years). At the Pineland Y, we have something for the whole family. Think you can't afford our membership rates? We have an Open Doors Scholarship Program. At the YMCA, we do not turn away anyone because of their inability to pay. We will work with you to make sure you can belong at the YMCA. For more information about the Pineland YMCA, please feel free to look us up on the web at www.cumberlandcountyymca.com or give us a call at 688-2255. | [an error occurred while processing this directive]
